We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

How to Return a Product

1. Contact Us: Reach out to me here within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process or call 07 5699 9611. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return (this doesnt impact your refund, its just for our ongoing product/service refinement etc).

2. Return Shipping: Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and send it to the return address provided by us. For Australian customers, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Condition of Returned Items: Items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.

4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

Additional Information

• Australian Customers: Returns are currently accepted from within Australia only. Shipping for returns is free using the prepaid label provided.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately or call 07 5699 9611 07. 

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

• Exclusions: While our policy is no-questions-asked, items that have been used, worn, or damaged may not qualify for a refund.
